Hello Employee & Customer 
We have an important announcement from HR

Due to Government Shutdown we will be temporarily shutting our doors in all facility all services will be down starting October 13’2025-October 14’2025
We can’t expect when we will be back open that is depending on the government
Features that will be facing:* Can’t or sign up for an account * Can’t or sign in to your account * All accounts will be Disabled * Tickets requested  may not go through due to system being down * Live chat offline due to service down and no support agent available * If you have a membership subscription you membership will be automatically cancelled and refunded immediately to payment method (Account credited won’t be accepted)* All payment will be cancelled and refunded to original payment method * All services will be restored once all facility reopen again * All employees offline and cannot access their accounts or access customer support portal
What features that will still work: * Email support will still be active* Website will still be up (Updated may not apply)
